Frequently Asked Questions
Booking
When Inquiry, please note we will respond no later than 48 hours of inquiry date. When booking each client must sign and read the contract. The $250 dollar deposit is non-refundable under no circumstances will that change. You have 6 months to rebook your date, within 72 hours from the cancellation date. All deposits should be paid within 24 hours of the booking date and the remainder must be paid 30 days before event for weddings & 7 days prior for all other events. If you are looking to book less than 30 days, the event must be paid in full.
Furniture
We have limited tables and chairs available for your special day. These items are limited to 8-10 (6 ft) rectangular ,15 round and 8 cocktail tables , and 200 chairs. The above mentioned furniture is all we provide to our guest and we are not responsible for providing more for any event. The renter is allowed to outsource any furniture needed to create their perfect day. Please discuss with us about the delivery and pick up for your rentals. Please note if we have events the following day, you will need to take all belongings out the venue upon the completion of your event in order to avoid extra fees.
Bar Service
We are able to provide both a cash bar and open bar option for each event that takes place in our venue, via mobile bar services. Please reach out if you have any other questions pertaining to the bar services.
Capacity
Our venue can accommodate 150 guest seated and 220 standing.
Amount of guest depending on venue set up, we want all guest to be comfortable.
Food
Our venue allows outside food and non alcoholic beverages. We have a list of preferred catering options if needed.
Music
Our venue allows outside rentals for a music or dj options. However, we do offer a dj to include with your rental package. Please refer to our rental page for more details.
NON SMOKING VENUE
This venue is not a venue you are able to have marijuana or tobacco smoking of any kind. A $250.00 will be permitted to the renter. All smoking should be taken outside.
Parking
The venue, has wheelchair accessible parking and ample parking for all guest.
